9.                  Dispute resolution.  Any dispute concerning this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Our general Site Use Agreement regarding Arbitration.

10.              Changes in Privacy Policy.  Any changes in this Privacy Policy shall be made in accordance with the Change in Terms and Conditions provision of Our general Site Use Agreement.
